CNC Machining

With multiple CNC lathing and milling machines in house, we can produce gauges and fixtures according to acknowledged 3D drawings with tolerances.

Injection Molding

We specialize in advanced composite molding, offering materials ranging from long-fiber reinforced polymers (Epoxy+LCF, PA6+LGF) to versatile engineering resins such as PA6, PC, and ABS to meet specific structural requirements.

Ansys Structural

ANSYS FEA simulations allow us to pin-point potential risks of given designs in terms of fatigue and static yield strength. With these simulation results, we can help customers further investigate further optimization options and test parameters according to application demands.

Furthermore, we are able to simulate thermodynamics, as well. This allows us to optimize manufacturing and curing variables in production before opening toolings.

Moldflow

Resorting to Moldflow simulations and lab-verified data, including PVT curve, mechanical properties, shrinkage, and thermal properties, TH Industries is able to deeply investigate the feasibility of injection molding. We can further provide information on design optimization for our fellow customers.

3D Printing

Once design is locked down, we can 3D print the design via the following methods, allowing us and customers to fit products to corresponding components: SLA resin printing , FDM (PLA) printing , FDM (Continuous GF or CF) printing

High Accuracy Scanning

Regardless of the types (3D printed and tooling) of samples we provide, we can ensure the dimension accuracy for effective compatibility and fit tests for our customers.

Thanks to our high accuracy scanner with ZEISS lens, we can measure even irregular surface dimensions defined by customers. The scanned result can be directly compared to the acklowedged CAD files.

Finish / Graphic

Thanks to our in-house laser etching and pad printing, TH Industries can also create surface finish, QR code, and logo graphics according to customer design.

Assembly / Packing

Once surface finish is completed, we can help assemble the parts to semi-complete or complete stage. Before packaging, we can provide bonding services, as well. The assembled products can be packaged using customer’s box design to ship.
