BEFORE TOOLING
For fit and function requirements, samples can be printed via either SLA or FDM 3D printing method.
Besides PLA, our FDM can also print continuous carbon and glass fibers for better function tests prior to tooling.
SLA printing ensures better, smoother surface for visual samples.

Produce gauges and fixtures to inspect production samples on the line.
Machine variables can be determined and refined, referencing from Moldflow simulations.
